Description: In partnership with students from the Institute of Archaeology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Art of History tells the story of the historic Bluff Furnace (1856-1860) to bring attention to it’s historical significance in Chattanooga’s history. Comprised of over 1,300 square feet of painted vinyl, this massive art installation brings the National Register site to life through the presentation of historic facts, photographs, and an industrial-inspired color scheme.
