Principle Colors

Site: All Saints Academy (back of the American Legion parking lot off M.L. King Blvd. between Houston and Lindsay Sts.)

Artists: 24 youth from Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church

Partners: Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga, Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Tennessee Arts Commission

Description: Originally painted in 2005, “Principle Colors” showcases the participating youths’ ideas of virtues, such as generosity, humility, and service. In 2012, Mark Making restored “Principle Colors” for its “Martin Luther King Mural Series,” part of the revitalization of Martin Luther King Boulevard.
