Josiah Golson began drawing at age six and pursued art as a career while a law student at the University of Texas in Austin. Driven by narrative and expressionist instincts, Josiah works in media ranging from Conte crayon and pastel to acrylic to produce drawings and paintings rich in storytelling and symbolism. His subjects include American history, music, and human nature. Josiah currently shows his work at Chattanooga’s Graffiti Art Gallery and Gallery 1401.
